People tend to have a view of asking for help as a sign of weakness... Not asking for help is a sign of pride and perhaps arrogance... No one is too big, too old, too smart, too rich, too poor, too whatever to ask for help. There is hope for everyone. If you dont want to ask a friend, make it annonymous and call someone like on this hotline. They aren't going to broadcast your information or situation to the world. They genuinely care for you... Don't be scared... It's ok to ask for help.
